This was sent home regarding the Spring Concert:

The 5th and 6th grade band will be performing their spring concert on May 18, as part of the Elementary Spring Program. The main afternoon performance starts at 1:00 with the band. They will be performing many full group songs as well as a variety of solos and small ensembles. You are welcome to attend the morning performance if it works better for your schedule.

I am reading, Code of Honor to the class, it is such a great book by Alan Gratz. We have many of his other books in our classroom library available for check out also. I hope the 20-30 minutes of reading nightly is being supported, encouraged or forced. The more we practice anything, the better we become at it! Let's all accomplish the goal of at least 40 books read by the end of the year.

Stay Warm,
Mrs. Wagner
