Time flies when you're having fun! I have really enjoyed getting to know your children. This week, our eager scientists have been investigating levers. We have started writing stories in Writers Workshop. Notice the homework about decorating their notebooks to represent them. It is a fun assignment to do together. Read at least 20 minutes this weekend. Ask your child about the boat lift clip we watched. We had a great 911 discussion.
Next week is homecoming! There is a parade at 2;30 on Friday. If you have school colors, wear them on Friday. The home football game starts at 7:00 p.m.
     Have a nice weekend!
